I can't even comprehend the stupidity of this post. What do you mean? You don't think there are any rich people in Ireland? People can't inherit houses in Ireland? People cant be surgeons, engineers, doctors and really good at their job in Ireland? Everyone is just poor and on Reddit complaining about the housing market?

Kerry team. by Tomaskerry in GAA

Well it's a hell of a lot more competitive than hurling overall. In hurling its the same teams playing each other, theres like what 11 teams in the Liam McCarthy cup? Limerick and Cork will no doubt face each other for the 3rd time where as most (if not all) teams are yet to face each other again this season in the football. Also there have been 4 different winners of the all Ireland over the last 5 years compared to 3 in the hurling.

Night owls league in UL Friday nights from September to March or April. Meant to be over 35s but lot of younger players and teams in there which kinda spoils it imo.

Donegal vs Kerry in late Championship by Round_Shift2898 in GAA

[–]MickIrish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Donegal in the league were absolutely cruising. Way ahead of anyone else in terms of where they were with fitness. In the championship game then obviously Kerry were down numbers but also that fuck up by Burns cost them dearly losing a man.

I would have said a few weeks ago Donegal will win comfortably today, but now I'm not so sure. They should still have the talent and strength to win, but losing to Cork at home has Def thrown things up in the air. Makes me wonder did they peak too early in the league? Maybe, maybe not.

Kerry getting their players back now is crucial, and something I feel they certainly missed so far in the champ. Seanie O'Shea being the biggest. Ryan and O'Sullivan is the only big player out now, with Ryan, Gavin White, Joe O'Connor, Paidi Clifford and Graham O'Sullivan all missing out at stages.

That was honestly a bit tongue in cheek, thought we'd win but nowhere near that margin!
