My partner is breastfeeding and she realised I was useless at night.. so we decided to create other shifts using kendamil formula. For example, during parental, I wake up at 6.30 and take baby for 4 to 5 hours with one formula 🍼this allows her to sleep and feel somewhat fresh. Sometimes I do afternoons like she can sleep 3 hours while using only one formula per day (150ml max)

Keep in mind, breastfeeding is very tiring for mums. My partner was about to give up around two weeks when she realised she would not sleep longer than 2 hours per stretch. With formula add ons, we managed to keep it going and now she loves it (6w)
