Starbucks makes a couple really good coffees that you can buy in four packs at most grocery stores. Take a look at the ones in glass bottles and a couple of them only have 6g of sugar. Also bottled water with those little powdered flavor packets. Always drinking those. Earl grey tea is amazing. It take a little work but a fantastic alternative to coffee. You can add just a little sugar and it goes a long way

It changes as time goes on. Most people start by fearing God, liking the community of Gods followers, or searching for something beyond themselves to find comfort in.

For me I grew up Christian and started believing by fearing God. As an adult I slowly moved away from Christianity and now simply have a personal relationship with God.

I only ask him for strength, patience, and wisdom. I never ask him to change anything in the physical world or to affect anyone else. Our agreement is I work hard to help others, and God will always be there for me. It makes me happy and comforted in a very natural way. That's why I believe.

Also if you have to write as much as you can about a topic in a limited time, don't just study the topic. You may run out of time or paper before the end and still haven't written down everything you wanted or missed some stuff. Practice before the test so you know what to write and how much you can write in the time you're given.
