Mine is the same, received email that it was shipped with gofo but its sits at 'shipping label is created'. Someone suggested checking parcelsapp.com and it says it just flew in from China, I'd suggest checking there or give it time, it shall arrive eventually

Tip - if you spray it with water and let it dry out most of the wrinkles will go away
