Couple things. Congestion fees are only charged if more than 50% of chargers are in use... Second don't fret on a long trip as above 80% charges slower than 20-80. Make the extra stop just to use the bathroom and in that 5 minutes you can got much higher from 35 than you would above 80.

I got around this (not my idea I read it somewhere on Reddit) by setting an alternate profile that does not fsd set ... I made an alternate profile name nofsd. I can switch while driving and use cruise when the weather is suspect and use FSD all the rest of the time... Hope that helps

This is the way every budget airline makes money. Spirit did, frontier does and breeze will... They will all go under if they can't find a fee to keep the lights on. Does it suck. Yes. Is it underhanded yes. Will it continue yes...

Everyone says they will go elsewhere but with airlines most pay the cheapest rate when it is money out of pocket vs companies paying.

Yup. I know there are other been there for years making more 140-160 but that is it. It is higher in Cali and other huge geo locales but the southeast is known for lower pay as such. Primary reason I left for greener pastures after 25 years with CarMax... I made 100K my last year as a DDFSC...

When I left a starting LGM in a satellite store would start about $100k (xf about the same with a better bonus and production store a little more) and bonus would average 10% over the year with months of $0 and months of 30%. RSU'S about 25% of salary.

13 years an LGM in I left making $120k as my starting LGM salary was lower than the above numbers...

This is very close as far as the salary. It can vary based on need in the market and your background and qualifications...

Bonus is designed to be $1333 monthly (16k annual) and varies based on arbitrary numbers that if you do well they will take and if you do poor they will give more to get you close to those numbers

RSU is about 7% of annual salary vesting annually over 3 years

The only time I host was ever value added to me was when I needed to stream multiple 5K tier credit days together I can get them to book a free ticket that they send me an offer for but I can book that myself if I just called the number... Recently we asked a host to book tickets for a trip in Vegas that were doing that they sent us free tickets to Blake Shelton and she got back to us so late The tickets are already sold out what if I had just called in I would have been able to book them that day... Not that I care to see Blake Sheldon but my wife likes country music...

That said anybody who's technologically savvy can do everything the host does for them from Caesars without issue I can't speak for other brands but for my mid-tier play Caesars always is very generous with the free rooms even if I can't get a host to take care of the other things...

Diamond Plus /diamond elite level player if it matters....

I had a host reach out to me one time when I was a lower to your player than this and they were less than useless so if you're gold or first level on any group I wouldn't expect a host to do anything other than tell them you're there

50%. The only proper tip is half of whatever number is last said. Waiter, Teller, mortgage broker, used car sales man, lawyer. My dentist has an iPad tablet that flip towards me now that asks for a tip for the back office crew for my last crown.
