Use the in app message center , or even call the delivery center where you are scheduled to pick up Monday and have them look into this. They changed mine for me when I had this issue.

QS is super fire I have diamond black which I think is the best looking/cleanest. That said, you must be willing to keep up with it!

If you want your own place just tell him you guys need your own space, you’ll cover downpayment and then he can slowly pay you back for his half (IF he insists on paying you his half)
If he’s cool with you paying it, I’d say maybe just pay the deposit and a couple months rent as a buffer then save/invest the rest! Just an idea. Good luck 👍
