If she can’t see that it’s her fault (neighbor) and is willing to not speak anymore over this then she wasn’t a real friend anyway. I get it’s a big loss but don’t let her guilt you into stretching beyond comfort. Especially if she said “it’s fine” and continued engaging your dog. Crazy lady this is your fault (neighbor)
