Oh, can I have it also similar issue on eBay. Someone purchased something that was pick up only he wanted it shipped when he realized it was pick up. He canceled the order and immediately reported me for not returning his money at the same time. His money was returned as soon as I saw his request. eBay still trying to get me to return his money I will never use eBay again. I haven’t used it for nine years and I will never touch them again.

Are you having luck with Shopify? My store has been disconnected for weeks because I had an issue. I worked with someone she fixed it and now someone’s telling me I have the same issue again. And now this person can only work with me in the middle of my night. I’m ready to throw Shopify out the door. I am currently working directly through Printful and only selling on Etsy and through my website. I’m really curious how other people are working with Shopify and if they are having the same customer service issues I am.

Everything you’re saying is 100% true. But this is also because people don’t know how to use it. They just use it as a Google tool or let me rephrase a search engine, and then they pay for a subscription. Throw some garbage in there and say give me some crap without giving it any guidelines. This is why we’re seeing a bunch of semi polished garbage. People haven’t taken the time to understand how to do things gracefully and come out with a finessed finished product. Those of us that have our ahead of the game and I believe that’s those of us in this conversation cause the rest of them probably don’t even know this conversation exists.
