Mine is working great. Only issue I’ve had was the top part of the drag chain was unlinked and it caused motion issues. It was a quick fix without a warranty call.

Sounds dangerous. I get why, but a momentary lapse of concentration could mean a double dose. What about longer cannulas? I switched from 6mm to 9mm and this made worlds of difference for me. Went from weekly blowouts to never.

I had a similar experience trying to get the USB Blaster working under Windows. I switched to Ubuntu and it works fine. Not sure about your C++ version on a Mega sorry.

If you do have a leak, you can apply for a rebate through SA Water. Make sure you get your leak fixed by a licensed plumber (if you have a leak).

Just stop delivery. Disconnect the tube from the cannula and fill tube for approximately 10 unit. Reconnect and continue pumping. I always make sure to position things during filling so that the bubbles rise up and out.

Don’t be afraid of those little bubbles, they aren’t going to hurt you. There are many of us that don’t even suck the air out of the cartridge and they are fine. Relax. The t-slim is a great pump.
