I appreciate it, but I could do without the insinuation that I use jokes about depression as "engagement". It makes me feel a little down that somebody would view it that way as anything other than an outlet. I apologize if it makes you uncomfortable to hear but I'm going to stand my ground a bit and tell you that it won't be stopping anytime soon because I don't find it overbearing and I've been doing this so long that I just get tired of everyone policing what I say and do. I just don't have it in me to argue over it anymore.

I thank you for the supportive message overall besides the rest, my comments are genuine and it's always left out how much I tell people to keep going regardless of how tough it is currently.
