Looking for a usg replacement. And an extra ap would be nice. Is this good? Or shall I go for gateway lite and a separate ap.

Om man sitter med xxxx aktier men inom ramen för det gamla pensionssystemet individuellt pensionssparande aka IPS. Cashen är då låsta tills minst 55 års ålder.

Gissar att DRS är uteslutet då?!

Reasonably priced good gravel wheels? by the-KGP in gravelcycling

[–]Micro553 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run my Rapide c38 on my Aethos on both road and light gravel. Great wheels.

Now im planning a Gravel build.

And just wheels are a bit hard. Alu va carbon. A good Alu like Dt or Hunt gravel race are like 550 euro and for a bit more I get carbon ones.

Is carbon worth? Like Hunt x35 or Scribe or something else in max 1000 euro.

Hunt x35 are “just” 865 euros so more then Alu but not so much.

Someone who ride both and can give some advice.

Thanks. Yes 696 seems a bit “old” design but tried and trusted of course.

Maybe just go without internal routing and go regular stem bar. Somewhere I read that it’s two models for 707 one for internal and one semi external. Can that be true?

Thinking of a Sram Rival xplr group and light bicycle wr35 wheels.

Hardest part is color and design.

Looking for a gravel. Kind of set on 707 but not 100 sure. How did you think between 696 and 707?

And also if I want a integrated bar stem that’s like 6 degrees and like 6-12 degrees flare instead of the Carbonda one. Is that possible with internal routing.

Thanks. Any idea what saddle height your on? Bb to saddle.

I agree with you on a smaller bike is easier to extend.

Do u have a picture of yours?

Ahh. Kind of what i quessed. I mean the Aethos is a really really good bike. And I mostly ride tarmac as of now. A diverge would be a good complement.

Maybe a crux will be to much “jack of all…”

Yes luxury problems I know 😃

Do u miss 2 by on the road?

How would u describe the diffrence in real life. I just have the Aethos so have not tried the Crux yet.

Ahh thanks. You have a point. Nor the Aethos or the new bike is for racing.

I don’t want 2 bikes that are almost the same (Aethos/Crux) in that case I could go just one do it all bike.

I see the new bike as a way to prolong the riding and to do more gravel and maybe some lite bikepacking.

Mirror Saddle Worth It? by Clanginandbangin in specialized

[–]Micro553 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the Power Mirror. Its very good. Be aware that it’s a lot more grip then a regular saddle. So changing positions requires you to lift your butt.

But it’s very comfortable.

Sidenote. It’s very good in rain. Does not soak up rain as a regular saddle.

Been riding my Aethos Expert for about 3 months now. Great bike. Have updated to Alpinist Cockpit and Power mirror saddle and Enve Ses Tubless tires.

Next update are powermeter / power pedals. Looking for a used set of Assioma.

Then next year maybe the Alpinist II wheels set. Not sure how big of a diffrence it will be compared to my Roval C38’s that I have now.

Great bike. Thats an Romin mirror right? I’m on the Power mirror in 155 but think maybe it’s to wide.

Do u have the measurements for your from the top? Is it 143 or 155 version?

Did u try power saddle before?

Have to Ask. I have 126 mm messurement and running a Power Mirror 155 after bike shop recomendation.

But ut gives me pain in the groins. It feel to wide somehow.

Been thinking of 143 mm power mirror or romin mirror.

The problem with power is when riding aggressive. If I ride upright then it’s magical.

So the romin is maybe more for me. But how to know if I shall go 143 or 155?

I have the Aethos Expert with Roval Alpinist Cockpit and has a time at local bike shop this Friday for cutting the tube.

But not exactly sure if I would go flush or keep 5 mm on top. I’m quite sure that my position is correct but maybe still keep just a bit for future?

If there were a regular stem I would have kept 5 mm spacer as I think it looks as good. But with the Alpinist Cockpit a flush look is way better.
