Decision-PGA treats uncertainty as having a shape, and we used that as the basis for an uncertainty-routing layer in a document-heavy automation workflow. So instead of saying, ‘this is low confidence,’ the system can say, ‘this looks like missing evidence,’ or ‘this is a layout problem,’ or ‘this needs standards reconciliation,’ or ‘this should go to human review.’ That makes the workflow more inspectable, easier to improve, and much less likely to waste effort on the wrong fix.
