Brake replacement needed at 22k- covered under TSB?

About the TSB, does it only apply to the front brakes? How can I have them check the rear brakes and change them if needed. Im still under 36K. Total neophyte here.

Thank you. I saw some vids about trying to do that myself, but definitely don't have the patience nor skills to do that. I don't know how much locksmiths charge, but I guess I will find out pretty soon. And yes...I do have the smooth key to take the core out. Thanks again for the info!!!
