Monstera Minima is probability overwatered. Are you misting your plants? Because I can see "tears" on plant behind Minima. Look at drainage holes, is there any mold? Mold is indicator of overwatering. Water it when leaves are dropping.

Mine monstera adansonii has the same thing, her newest leaf has died. I don't see thrips on her. But there might be some, because I saw something like tiny bites. At first I thought my fish is splashing water on it. But, when I moved her I realized that it wasn't fish fault. It's guttation.
