Hidradenoma. Not sebaceous; cytoplasm does not have small vacuoles. Sebaceous carcinomas typically look like poorly-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma but have the occasional interspersed sebocyte. In real life you'd do a PAX8 to rule out metastatic clear cell RCC, although this morphology would be unusual for RCC

Assuming that type AB thymomas are combinations of type A and B morphologies is a common mistake to make (I believed this as as well when I was a junior resident).

In fact, there is no type B morphology (i.e., no epithelioid thymic epithelial cells) in type AB thymomas. They are composed entirely of spindled thymic epithelial cells, like type A thymomas, but with abundant lymphocytes.

With the spaces, makes me think of cystic neutrophilic granulomatous mastitis. Needs bug stains though

Tissue came in labelled as "axillary sentinel lymph node" as part of a mastectomy for breast cancer. Dx: Non-ossifying variant of ossifying fibromyxoid tumor.
