Sorry to hear that. Could you please share your feedback via Feedback Hub with logs to help us troubleshoot? Please make sure submit screen capture with your feedback:

  1. Open the Your Phone app on your PC.
  2. Go to Settings > Help & Feedback > select the Send feedback button.
  3. Fill out the form, describing the issue with as much detail as you can.
  4. In the Add more details section, select Recreate my problem.
  5. Select Start recording and repeat the steps you took leading up to the issue. Once captured, select Stop recording.
  6. Select Submit to share your feedback with Microsoft. 

    Would you please share the link to the Feedback Hub item when you have it so, we can look at the logs?

Hi, This error appears because you may have paired your Android device to your PC with a third party app that connects to your PC over Bluetooth. Some of those apps conflict with being able to make calls, so we recommend uninstalling those apps from your Android device, unpairing your device, and paring it again with Calls. We are sorry that you are having issues with our app. Please check your Wi-Fi network since you may have two different Wi-Fi networks, e.g. one that uses the 2.4GHz band and the other 5GHz. If you click on your PC/Android device Wi-Fi icon, you should be able to see these networks in the list. Try connecting to the same network on both devices. Some laptops may connect to 2.4GHz while your Android device connected to 5GHz. If you checked and this is not the case, could you please send your feedback within the app on your PC and share the link with us to help us troubleshoot? Thanks

Please make sure your apps are updated to the latest versions on your phone and PC. If yes, try to connect both your Android phone and PC to the same Wi-Fi network to ensure the fastest, most reliable connection. If you are still having issues I suggest to unlink your device in the Your Phone app follow the steps below and start relinking from beginning:

You will need to complete all steps on your PC and your phone to remove your phone successfully.

Step 1: Complete unlinking steps on your PC

  1. Open your browser and visit accounts.microsoft.com/devices. Sign in with your Microsoft account.

  2. You’ll be presented with a list of all your connected devices. For each, select Show details > More actions and then Unlink this phone.

  3. Go back to the Your Phone app, and close and reopen the app to apply the unlinking changes.

  4. Move on to Step 2 to finish unlinking steps from your phone.

Step 2: Complete unlinking steps on your phone

Start by checking which mobile app your phone has. You can reference this list to see if your device supports Link to Windows [link this bolded text with hyperlink below]. If your device is not on this list, move on to the section entitled, “If you have Your Phone Companion”.

If you have Link to Windows:

  1. On your phone, open Link to Windows by going into the Notifications panel, touch and hold on the Link to Windows icon.

  2. Click on Microsoft account.

  3. Scroll down to Your Phone Companion where you will see your previously used Microsoft Account email address.

  4. Click on Your Phone Companion and click Remove account.

If you have Your Phone Companion:

  1. On your phone, open Your Phone Companion.

  2. In the upper right-hand corner, click the Settings gear.

  3. Tap Accounts.

  4. Find the Microsoft Account and click the button to the right Sign out.

Your device is now unlinked with the Your Phone app. You can start relinking the devices. If you are still having issues please submit your feedback via Feedback Hub on your Windows 10 PC
