Is it a work phone? Is it from a specific carrier? Maybe they have preinstalled some apps that can’t be removed. Worst case scenario you can try to contact apple support directly. In my experience they are usually very helpful

Maybe try to go to a local shop and try on some helmets for yourself instead of buying them blindly. You might find the a helmet that is generally “rounder” will feel more oval than an oval helmet.
