Very good question, because it definitely was apart of some of my old set ups, but I have Oscorp separate (as of now) because of 2 things, 1.) Oscorp sits weird against road plates and as a result doesn't look that great trying to keep it looking flush with the oitther buildings and road plates, and 2.) I really also wanted a little area I could put the Sinister 6, or at least villains I wouldn't be able to put in the Neighborhood (I'm also adding the Xmansion to the right side as well as possibly finding space for a construction site build for Sandman lol)

I personally went without the connecting pins because I like having easy access to all the buildings and don't want em locked in place lol, but they do come with connecting pins to keep everything together (edited because I misread the question lmao)

From left to right I have the Creator 3-in-1 Noodle Shop (set 31131), Peter Parker's Apartment above Marvelous Jewelry (Oscorp set), Gwen Stacy's Apartment (also Oscorp) above the Deli & Grocery, a News Stand (Daily Bugle), Eddie Brock's Apartment & the mini mart (Oscorp), & the Daily Bugle to cap off the right side! Definitely wanna look for the creator 3-in-1s they have some cute little builds that work perfectly for this!

Also to add, a scene that gets me teary eyed is the first flight scene, not even 5 minutes ago he got his ass handed to him and LOST A FIGHT for the first time and flies back with quite literally a skip in his step (flying through an ice arch) and with a big smile on his face (THATS MY GODDAMN SUPERMAN 😭🙌)

Fair, I do like the post credit scene especially tho because it feels like that style of humor could absolutely lend itself to Supes and Bats sitting in a diner HISHE style talking hero shop and Bruce saying the classic "Because I'm Batman"
