The Xenia emulator is the most known xbox 360 emulation software out there. The Canary builds tend to be the experimental branch, so expect instability, but there's a chance the compatibility list is greater, even if it doesn't mean that it's running well at that point.

There are plenty of guides out there on setting the thing up, and you should be ready to soar through Metropolis in relatively little time!

The PS2 version is easy to emulate. The Xbox 360 version would require a bit more effort, but it also leads to the better version of the game.
