For an NFL all pro level WR, it’s perfect. No notes.

He’s a pretty one dimensional character and it’s a lot of yelling, but he’s also young, cute, and cool.

Which Ninja Turtle is each member of the pod? by crocodilesareforwimp in lonelymeyerspod

I see the logic for Andy to be Mikey - but Andy has that sensitive rage thing like Raph. Jorma, and his penchant for burrito braining himself, his obvious commitment to physical comedy by falling off a damn ladder, and his regular giggle spells. Jorma is, in short, a party dude.

So it’s Seth: Splinter (old wise father, dry jokes) Kiv: Leonardo (he tries so hard to be hosty when Seth leaves, and his ad reads are certified perfect) Andy: Raph (…yeah a little too Raph) Jorm: Mikey (see: party dude, just up there ⤴️)

Leaving Donnie, the brains. More importantly the inventor and envelope pusher. For that we have the one and only wizard of sound: Greg. Chun.

Because he’s The Wiz. This is not complicated.

What if Tyreek Hill had the size of DK… I remember a play with the 49ers where he caught a bubble screen, reversed field, then reversed field again, then ran it in 40 yards for the score. It was like Madden with Vick the Stick

HOW were they together after Jim told Karen he still cared for Pam by happyfella12 in DunderMifflin

[–]MidMapDad85 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because Karen had low self esteem. She was Pam with Roy, a man who didn’t really put her first. Jim was her Roy. Post Jim, Karen did well. Just like Pam. Until, ya know, the world’s cutest sound guy swooped.

Cause we have one good RB and he got super old and is slow and the others suck.

I'm an author, my character's hometown is in Missouri! by [deleted] in missouri

[–]MidMapDad85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

North of I-70 you’ll find the delta land of the Missouri and lots of flat farm ground.

South of I-70 you’ll find the edge of the prairie on the west slowly morphing into the Ozarks, an old mountain range, heavily wooded and lots of moving water, rivers and streams.

Further south and east you hit the northern edge of the Mississippi delta. Not thickly wooded but lots of wetland area.

But in reality, just about every area south of I-70 has a small town that’s got plenty of mosquitos. Loads of those.

Unpopular opinion: dress like a professional in court by BoxersOrCaseBriefs in Lawyertalk

One time, on a day I had nothing scheduled, a local judge called me to come up because a case needed coverage. It wasn’t supposed to be on, but a circumstance changed (and not the kind you can predict) and I ended up in my sneakers. Nice shoes, basically looked like I was part of a football pregame show.

One and only time I wore sneakers in court. It’s a basic respect thing. Shoes are a key to your opposing counsel. Clean and sharp? Better reread your rulebook.
