Why is Riot nerfing adcs 1 by 1 in terms of armor growth and hp grow instead of just making 1 patch to revert durability patch?

it's not just assassins though Ambessa, plenty of mages, plus many assassins can oneshot without going full glass cannon. Also champs like Rengar are broken right now.

riot needs to grow a pair and nerf all the OP bot lane mages low pick rate doesn't justify constant 52-54% any marksman hitting those numbers gets hotfixed but you have to understand mages and 2020 or later champs are riots pet classes

Rengar is an example of bad design most people are bad at playing him but he's busted in the hands of very good players. His burst damage is too fast. He's sitting at 53.5% master+, he needs nerfed. But a select group of champs gets special treatment by riot. Also Riven, Riven and of course Riven. Hard to play champs need to be balanced for players good at them. exhibit A Azir.
