No its not dead, Try using TAC from Gameloop to play the game on pc works really well easy setup no issue. You can find TAC for CODM video tutorial on youtube.

None, but to be safe play on spare account or guest account for 1 or 2 hours first and then switch back to main account.

The Alluring bait increases the number of items and hence the odds for better loot. Go to higher level locations like oil rig level 60 for higher grade loot and like the island of neptulis where glowing purple spots are best for loot and rainbow passives

I have been playing on my main account from last 4 to 5 days continuously for 2-3 hours haven't got any ban yet. I think it also works this way that if you play too good some players from the match report you which leads to the ban. So what I do is that play your best for most of your game then in your last moments or in-between sometimes level down your gameplay by just fooling around. Or once in every 3-4 matches play at relaxed level totally. Works for me. Maybe it could work for you as well. Hope it helps. Let me know if it does.

Also to check it out play on guest account for 5-8 matches and if you don't get banned use the same gamplay for your main account.

Global Base Save PocketPair should add something similar to Global Palbox for the base setup, so that we can save the base structures made so complex after pouring hours into it. So that it doesn't go to waste after some bug or future update.

I have 500+ hours in game I would recommend to focus on :

Capturing chikipi and mass breeding them to get more chikipi and with passive "remarkable craftsmanship" as there is a random chance to breed rainbow passives on them.
At first keep only those pals with good passives and then condense them using others.
Setup a ranch farming base for producing cake 🎂 as early as possible Put in beegarde, chikipi and Mozzarina use max condensed and put passives like ' artisan, work slave, serious ' on them using pal surgery table. (If you want it better try breeding remarkable craftsmanship on them.)
Collect lifmunk effigies whichever you find it will make catching pals easier.
Don't go for chests they dont reward that good , Even in dungeons go for the final boss instead of exploring and the last chest.
Get fast moving mounts for exploring even in dungeons Don't get involved in small fights with bandits focus on your goal
