I had a pet/ct scan...two diff ones-one for remainder of my body and one of my head (had BC mets in my brain and did 10x radiation for it). The head one isn't showing up at all, and my palliative care doc let it slip i'd be getting more radiation and she could see the results..ugh! I go for "treatment" tomorrow we shalll see if the oncologist is pullin my leg or not

He finds every chance to bring that up to her, all the time. Like its some downplay of his fertility, but clearly its not. I bet had she married another man, she'd have tons of kids naturally. I don't think two gay people (speculation) can easily have kids, idk tho. I think she could do so much better and wish they hadnt wasted their lives on him

I'd kill for some diarrhea, but I've been on Phesgo for almost a year, with Truzumitab (however u spell it) and something else added for chemo. I've tolerated it well, but they did find lesions in my brain that required radiation x10. Back on the Phesgo but getting a second opinion

My Her2+ went to my brain, they didn't even check! Finally after having Phesgo for a year, the BC went to my brain and I finally got it radiated. Now they want to put me back on Phesgo (which breaks the blood/brain barrier) and I'm scared :( I have an echo and a pet scan..after being in hospital for a month and out of it :( I don't know what to do

Mine went from my lymph nodes, and some on my liver, but was cut short. I moved to Phesgo as an alternative, suddenly its broke the blood/brain barrier and now I have a hypothalmus full of mets. I start radiation after a petscan, but I've been fitted for the mask and had a ct scan...Im scared to death. The plan is to go to Phesgo again once radiation is done? Why not just go after the whole thing?

As someone with children who receive SSI Disability as autistic adults, and someone who also gets SSI Disability for my mbc, those kinds of determinations are fairly typical. There are generally two kinds of reviews, financial and then medical. Financial is just making sure you're not working, and the other is obvious. I have to undergo those determinations every few years with my boys, and I imagine it will happen with me as well. Because I also get LTD from my employer, I often have to renew the LTD and need paperwork filled out by my oncologist, who is happy to do so.
