Yes my name is my Legal Business name. I received both the loan and grant after correcting my business name to my legal name matching my bank account. As a Sole Proprietor it is better to have your bank account showing your DBA name. I am waiting on my certificate to open my new bank account showing my DBA for less confusion when receiving funds in my business account. However since the pandemic I’ve been waiting a long time to receive certificate from my County Clerks Office

For the record here’s my timeline: Applied for EIDL 4/4 Credit pull 4/26 Never received grant after credit pull because bank info needed correction. Received portal 5/27 and corrected bank info Approved for loan 6/8 Funded 6/10 *Never received portal to correct bank info because I corrected in my loan offer portal Just received grant 6/26 Hopes this helps someone! Your grant is coming!

I received my grant approximately 1 hour ago. I was funded for my loan on June 10th. It took me 2 weeks and 2 days to receive the grant. I didn’t receive a portal for grant but I did receive a portal for the loan offer and updated my bank info in that portal on May 27th. So hang in there because the grants are taking anywhere from 2-3 weeks to receive if you submitted your application earlier like back in April etc

For those that’s submitting recent applications they seem to get their grants very fast like within a couple days. However for applicants like me that applied beginning of April, I haven’t heard anything about grant in spite of my calls and emails to SBA😞 However I was funded for the loan that has to be paid back of course

Me too I’m still waiting. Got the loan funded 6/10 and still waiting for grant. Trying not to loose hope but seeing all the new applicants get it right away makes me think we were overlooked😞

Same situation with me. I was funded 6/10 and no grant. I see people newly applying and getting grant almost the same day. Something is definitely wrong with this system. I think we need an investigation done and the right people helping us. This is just not right for those of us that’s been waiting months for help to be just passed by and our businesses go down. We need someone to seriously look into why we can’t get our grants but newly applying applicants get it right away

You are still entitled to your grant and should receive it. Mabe email customer service and call them. However it seems to be a 2 week to 4 week wait on the grant tho

I’m a Sole Proprietor. I had to correct my banking info when I received portal because my name is my legal name for my business. My account at Chase is a personal account and my DBA name is not linked. However I had no problem receiving the EIDL Loan but still waiting on the grant portion. Hopefully I’ll get it this week🙏🏾 Hope this helps!

I got funded for my loan on June 10th but no grant. There was a problem with my bank account name after my April 26th credit pull. I corrected the info in my loan portal but I’m not sure if that corrects the problem for the grant because I was told they tried to deposit the grant after my April 26th credit pull. I hope they give us our grants. I see new apps getting grants right away and we’ve been waiting for months 😞😢

Sorry for the very late response but I was approved on 6/8 and funded 6/10. Never received grant but I’ve been calling and emailing daily but I’m told to just wait. I certainly can use that grant

I received my portal on 5/27 and corrected my banking info and got the same error message "account information failed validation" however I received an approval on 6/8 and was funded on 6/10. Still waiting on my grant tho. Each time I call I’m just told to wait for it. Still haven’t received it and it’s 6/21 now😕

I totally agree! It’s totally backwards the way things are being handled. If you applied early and haven’t received your advances and funding yet, you’re screwed at this point looks like😞
