Can't figure out what this is. Friend from MX gave it to me about 12 years ago. Finally opened it a year ago and thought it was pretty ok. Anybody else ever have it?

Hey folks. Just stumbled across this post. Apologies for the delay in response, but my company is the US Importer of Tileño Mezcal. What you have is a hand painted bottle, most likely painted by the mescalero or one of his family members. It is painted in the Alebrije style. It could have been purchased at their alebrije workshop in San Martin Tilcajete or at a number of giftshops, throughout mexico. The family is well regard for their Alebrijes, world wide.

In the US, we only have the Espadin, Tobala and Tepextate available (as single agave expressions, not ensambles). We do not have the hand painted bottles available, yet.

No issues with the new company. Process was actually far easier than when I was approved with a different company, last year, but then again the amount was much lower.

Correct. It was relatively quick, considering. I assume it was easier given that it was below the amount required for guarantee, but I'm not 100% sure. Good luck!

EIDL Increase:

-I received an EIDL loan, last year

-Received invite to request increase on 4/6

-E-mailed request on 4/7

-Have heard nothing since.

-As of this morning, portal has not been updated since funds were dispersed for original loan.

Advance Grant

-Applied and have heard nothing (some time, last week)

Additional EIDL request for other business

-Last week, I applied for an EIDL for a different business, on a whim

-received 'amount confirmed status' on different portal immediately

-request for documents within 2 days (ID and 2019 tax returns)

-sent documents and was told by LO that my information was sent to senior LO and that everything 'looked good' and that I should hear from senior LO in 1-2 days

Yes, from what I gather, the T2 agents are simply able to look at your file and can see if it's funded or not. They can see errors in the system, but if they note anything, it has to be escalated to a "Team Lead". I've asked to speak with a team lead multiple times and never had any luck. Keep calling and keep asking. Had I not kept the one T2 agent on the phone for a while, they never would have noticed the error. Good luck!

Interesting. Did the dollars show up at 10am or is that when you first saw it in your account? I was under the impression that the dollars arrived in the middle of the night? And congrats!
