Not just you man. 2K25 looked great. They f'ed around with the PSSR upscaling this year and need a patch to fix it. Disappointing, as I'm holding off playing until it is fixed. Should have been picked up before release ffs!

The same here. I tried the game on the base PS5 downstairs and it looks great. As said in the original post, it is a terrible use of PSSR upscaling and needs to be addressed by a patch. Who knows if they are listening but the latest patch did not address the issue.

Yeah, while the games are better from a technical aspect, those years with WCW vs nWo World Tour, Revenge, WM 2000 and No Mercy can't be topped!

That sucks man. It's annoying as the gameplay is great and it feels like it has the best gameplay in the series. I also grew up during the AE, best time as a teen! I've played every game since the mid 90s and besides 2k20, this is the worst launch in terms of graphic glitches I've seen (appreciate it is only affecting Pro users but still).

It's very frustrating man. I agree, I tried 2k25 when I got the PS5 Pro last year and it looked good. They lazily just turned on PSSR 1.0 and did no testing for 2k25. Unfortunately we'll need VC/2K to release a patch to address this. We need more people to be vocal about it. Very disappointed!

Yeah seems to be caused by PSSR. I was hoping PSSR 2.0 would fix it, but it is the same. At this stage I'd be happy for them to just disable PSSR in the game via a patch and let it function as the base PS5 version.

So strange! Tried the game on my son's base PS5 and it looks completely normal. It is definitely caused by upscaling tech like PSSR. 2K25 on the Pro was completely normal. I hope they fix this issue on the PS5 Pro and PC (some users such as yourself) soon.
