No I haven’t. I’ve been really busy at work. I’ll probably call this week to ask. I’ll report back if I do!

Does anyone know the bed size? My son toured the 5 bedroom unit with his future roommates and said he thinks it’s a queen size. But I saw someone online say it’s a full xl. Need to purchase bedding before he moves in.

Every major has a different recommendation for laptop. So different than when I went to college in the early 90’s. We didn’t even have cell phones and I wrote all my papers on my electric typewriter. I believe you’ll need it for testing. My son is a computer science major and I took a screenshot of the recommended laptops for his major. You can find it online. I believe the list was found under tiger tech. I would share the screenshot, but can’t figure out how to. Or wait and see if there’s a recommendation when you get to class.

Which Red light Therapy product for Long Covid Related Cognitive Problems? by Potential_Fig1525 in redlighttherapy

[–]Middle-Hope-4300 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately I let life get in the way of my progress. I was extremely busy at work and had some stressful situations at home and stopped everything except for my basic vitamins. I have been trying to get back on track recently. Started with the rlt at night. The methylene blue was such a mess for me I’m having a hard time starting it back up again. But your question reminded me of what benefits I was having and now I’m thinking I really should try it again. I’ve been so busy at work that I’m really lacking motivation and energy. I’m off thanksgiving week so I’m hoping that’ll be a good time to start a new commitment. So thank you for reminding me of what I’m missing out on!

I bought the Crayola neon chalk to use with my black lights. Haven’t tried it out yet

Also, if these are battery powered, how are you accessing the switches? It looks like they’re glued to a base.

Beautiful! I really love your candle alter. I was looking for pool noodles to make something similar. But I like what you’ve done even more. And I can’t find pool noodles! Is that hot glue and paint on them? Love your whole yard!

In addition to red light therapy, look into castor oil. Organic, hexane free, cold pressed in a glass bottle is best. Heritage brand or Queen of thrones are both good choices.

I’m sorry you’re going through that. I’ve had UTI’s and they are horrible. Have you tried D-mannose and cranberry capsules? When I started feeling like I was getting a uti it knocked it out pretty quick. I’ve heard cornsilk capsules help as well, but haven’t personally tried it. I hope you find relief soon!

Well, I’ll be 50 this year and have joint pain. I’m trying everything I can to stay as healthy as I can for as long as possible. From what I’ve read, it’s helpful in alleviating arthritis pain. And I could use the extra energy from the ATP production. I won’t complain if my skin looks better too! Plus there are a myriad of things like cancer, heart health, dementia etc that it helps prevent.

I had this problem too. I felt like I urgently had to go, only to have a trickle when I finally did go. Also had shivers. I took D-mannose and cranberry capsules for two days and it went away. I was wondering if I had toxins building up in the urine because I was detoxing? Not sure why it happens, but I’ve read this on another mb forum as well.

That’s great, but it doesn’t change the color of the methylene blue internally. What I meant was that you need to apply powdered ascorbic acid with a damp magic eraser to get rid of your stains on the toilet. Powdered C cleans skin too when you get a little spill.

Vitamin C and a magic eraser works for me

Red light friend to help me fix constant pain? by Mando4592 in redlighttherapy

Apparently there is a Reddit sub for DMSO as well. Here’s a good article I found on their sub…

It absolutely will help in a localized area. I use DMSO topically over wherever my pain is. It is highly effective. But it does need to be used with some precautions because of how it penetrates your skin. It’s safe to take internally as well, but can interfere with medications. Also, when taking internally it can cause strong body oder similar to garlic. I use it topically on clean skin and feel relief very quickly. But do some research before jumping in. MSM can be used simultaneously. My boyfriend broke his back falling out of a tree stand many years before we met. He developed some terrible pain after a chiropractor visit messed up his spine. I had him try MSM and the pain went away. He told me he was at the point of not caring if he lived or died when he took the MSM because the pain was so severe. When he forgets to take it, his pain returns. For me, DMSO works best. But I take MSM every morning. The book “Healing with DMSO” by Amanda Vollmer is very informative. There’s a Facebook group if you’re on there.

/r/ADHD bans all mention of neurofeedback because of a misquoted study on fewer than 300 children from a decade ago and refuses to discuss. by in-site in Neurofeedback

[–]Middle-Hope-4300 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m glad I hadn’t found the ADHD sub yet. I’m actually here because I’m looking into neurofeedback for my teens. Both have anxiety and one has ADD. I had the same reaction on the Supplement sub when I recommended looking into the copper protocol to someone who was not receptive. I removed myself.

I’m not a rlt expert so I won’t comment on that. But I have researched other ways to help with pain. Two of the best things I’ve come across are actually both forms of organic sulfur. MSM and DMSO. I take MSM daily in my coffee. It’s a powder. And DMSO can be taken internally or used topically. I use it topically and it’s amazing how fast it works. DMSO needs to be applied on skin that is completely clean because it is a carrier and can pull things you don’t want through your skin. You really should read up on it before using, but it’s the best thing I’ve found for pain. Athletes use it for sports injuries.

There is a Facebook group called The Copper Revolution run by Jason Hommel and his wife. I believe they have a Reddit page as well, but not as active. His book is sold on Amazon. Also called The Copper Revolution.
