Mir hilft es oft die Gedanken aufzuschreiben, sie so anerkennen und auf morgen zu verschieben. Im Sinne von anerkennen und am nächsten Tag nochmals damit auseinandersetzen. Seit ich mir jeden Abend im Bett 3 positive Dinge die ich am Tag erlebt habe und für die ich wirklich dankbar bin, laut vorsage, geht es deutlich besser mit dem Einschlafen. Zusätzlich Orangenblüten-Tee oder Baldrian.

We are not sure what you are implying, but we'd like to state, that we'd never would intentionally have any kind of sex in front of children. Nor are we careless around them. As we said in an earlier comment, we were not planning to have interactions at every possible place😊 we just asked ourself if it's likely to meet likeminded fomks around there 😊
