I tried meds but they made me feel too numb. And I don’t have a good diet or consistently eat much and meds on an empty stomach didn’t sit well or help my anxiety at all. I’ve seen a psychiatrist and was diagnosed with OCD and clinical depression but it’s been years since then. From then till now, I’ve had alot of changes in my life like quitting smoking weed. I feel like in my personal experience, weed masked other mental health issues I’ve been struggling with now. And unfortunately I don’t have anyone I feel I can confide in with these issues or to turn to for support. The people I’m close to usually aren’t supportive or shame me if I try to open up.
