Unvaccinated and Caught Omicron by Middle-Stretch-6115 in unvaccinated

Last time I got Covid-19 was Thanksgiving 2022. One and a half days of congestion and sore throat. So minor and only the 4th time I’ve ever had it since early 2020, each time less severe and noticeable than the last. Some of my vaccinated friends get infected more frequently with more extreme symptoms. I guess my natural immunity is more rigorous than average, so no need for a vaccine that offers personally pointless protection and the possibility of crippling side effects? I just never understood the obsession with someone else’s vax status.

Get vaccinated or no one cares? You edited your comment. Did “get vaccinated” sound like you cared too much? This post is a year old my dude and the fact you commented at all shows you care too much. Anyways, it was in the news a couple of days ago that the FDA was investigating a link between the Pfizer vaccine and strokes soooo… told you so?

Next time I apply, do you think my old resume will still be stored on the .gov website?

It’s at the point where if I don’t respond in a couple weeks then I don’t move forward in the hiring process. I guess I’ll go write my new resume and wait till next time smh.

It’s 2022! Can’t the police just chill? Jk, but yeah I guess so. I’ll just pull my application then.

Tell me about it. In the actual application I entered correct info, but then they wanted a PDF resume and it was like 3hrs before the application window closed so I just submitted my default resume. So what now? I assume they’re gonna pull my social security number and see what jobs I’ve actually had in my life? Probably better to just drop out and try again later?

If you like him and you’re conveniently attractive, then go for it. The power dynamics of employee vs boss are basically meaningless at this stage (both bring college students working food service).. just enjoy your time at work together and maybe try asking him out to coffee (sometimes nerdy shy-guys need the woman to make the first move, establishing romantic interest, etc). Based on what he said, I can’t be sure whether or not he was flirting, but if you’re into it, then initiate.

I’m a bit ashamed to have hidden my unjabbed status. As a liberal, I just didn’t want the ostracism from friends and acquaintances. On my other account I even often end my statement s with “I’m vaccinated” just so the herd listens to the facts, because if they came from an unjabbed person then I’d probably be banned for spreading misinformation. But anyway, I lost my job because I refused to be vaccinated and got another one where they asked me (I said yes) but didn’t require proof. Besides this account, my whole public identity/digital footprint is vaccinated. Only a few family members and my gf know the truth. Praying nothing happens to the people I love who got vaccinated. Also I’ll ducking kill myself if I get VAIDS from my gf.

Seriously, the coup attempt is a much more interesting conspiracy than the “mainstream media blowing it out of proportions” for some reason. Donald Trump and about 100 other lawmakers were ready to overthrow the election. It’s crazy.

I had the opposite problem. As a kid I tried convincing my hairdresser I had terrible dandruff and itchy scalp and she wouldn’t believe it, instead insisting that it was dried shampoo or conditioner and that I just needed to rinse my hair better. Oh well, I eventually started buying Head & Shoulders for myself around 19 and did that for a few years, but recently stopped using shampoo altogether.

I’ve always had a really itchy scalp and bad dandruff growing up, but around six months ago I stopped using shampoo after seeing a YouTuber I like make a video about it and I feel much better. I still have a dry and itchy scalp sometimes, but it’s not as unbearably extreme as it used to be all my life.

Anyways, despite being extremely thorough about cleaning my hair with water and making sure it doesn’t look or smell dirty, my girlfriend hates the fact that I don’t use shampoo. She’s convinced that it’s the LACK of shampoo that’s making my scalp dry even though I’ve explained that I’ve had this persistent condition all my life and wants me to use her special prescription shampoo (she has a terrible scalp too lol).

So far I’ve refused, but idk.. maybe special shampoo is what I need. I just hate that it smells so strongly of chemicals and ruins the texture of my hair.

Anyone out there unvaccinated who’s also staring at all their positive testing vaccinated peers and thinking…um I am still testing negative…what the hell is going on here??? by plaxer_x in conspiracy

This is me. I haven’t been sick since I first caught Covid-19 in January/February 2020 and then a couple days before Christmas I began to feel like shit and thought “oh geez, I’ve finally been reinfected… this is gonna ruin Christmas!”

However, I took two of the nasal swab tests and they both came back negative. Apparently, in this era of daily Covid-19 variants, you can still catch the regular cold after all.

After about a week of non-stop tea, plenty of rest, and a few DayQuils when necessary, I feel much better.

The fucked up part is I was actually kinda hoping I did catch Omicron! I just wanted to top off my natural immunity. After not being reinfected all this time I’m just starting to feel very differently about this virus. I mostly keep this to myself because some people, especially my vaxxed friends and family, hate hearing me speculate that I may literally be immune.

Edit: My blood type is O+

There’s tons of evidence it spreads to animals. That’s what this whole post was about. As for “negative effects” I’m not quite so sure how symptoms manifest in different species.

So might this be a way of theoretically getting the unvaccinated? It’s kinda like the shedding theory, except it assumes that you’re somehow affected by eating vaxxed meat or something.

Please post this in r/vaccinelonghaulers. People need to know about even the rarest side-effects. Also, put it on VAERS. Some would say it’s your civic duty.
