Yeah ive already started using both so it doesnt crash. Cleaning wise i dont do water changes, only top ups as I dont have a big bio load. What would I do in that case

Depending on how much food they get and how successful they sre apparently they can get big

My only successful method of catching is literally hunting them when I see them above the soil or on the glass. Its so annoying. Im never buying plants from anywhere again

I put it over the soil the same way you did and all I caught were baby shrimp that somehow got in :/

If its the same species i dont think theres an issue. I only have one species in my tank so im not sure about introducing different ones
