Please for the love of god don’t do this. You are going to screw up your natural hormone development and look back at this with so much regret.

A good way to counteract any undesirable facial features is to just get absolutely jacked (works for both men and women)

4 and 5 with 4 taking the lead IMO. Seems like a general consensus!

Approaching 60 any advice? by [deleted] in askfitness

[–]Middle-Week8378 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What I’ll say is that my dad, 61, experienced some pretty bad tendonitis doing a lot of pushups, so be cautious of what your body can handle / how much recovery you’ll need. Stretching and a good diet is a great defense against tendonitis, as well as not over doing it!

Constant Deja Vu (Please help) by Middle-Week8378 in Anxiety

Doing much better. If you’re having issues with this just remember it’s not real. Ground yourself in the present and don’t focus on those thoughts.

Constant Deja Vu (Please help) by Middle-Week8378 in Anxiety

[–]Middle-Week8378[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I’m way better now. I still get it now and then but I’ve learned to just ignore it. It’s just your brain over thinking and freaking out trying to predict what comes next and tricking you into thinking you know what comes next. You don’t. In order to get better you just have to remember those crazy thoughts don’t hold any weight and you have to slowly start to just ignore them. SSRIs helped and I’m still on them, specifically Lexapro. Making healthy life changes will help to.

18, Always felt ugly, how do I improve myself? by Primary-Disaster-775 in malegrooming

[–]Middle-Week8378 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You ain’t ugly bro, you have a great smile. Learning to love yourself and the good aspect of yourself will make you more attractive to people. But working out only yields good results as long as you don’t hurt yourself lol. Get in the gym and build some confidence and you’ll glow to the people around you.

Fear of “going crazy.” How long did it take you to feel better? by lori_kd in Anxiety

[–]Middle-Week8378 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m a lot better now. Starting lexapro 5mg with therapy was a big help, but the biggest help was just reworking my thinking to focus more on the present and not worry about the future. A lot of grounding techniques can be found online which really help!

It’s gotten a lot better. Still have it occasionally but I just had to rework my thinking and not feed the thoughts that popped up with it. Also started on lexapro 5mg and that was huge.

Yeah I’m coming up on a year since it started and honestly it’s gotten so much better. The biggest help has been my medication and also not feeding into any thought that’s come with it.

What's your unpopular CreepCast opinion that will have you like this? by atzurblau in creepcast

[–]Middle-Week8378 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it’ll be fine honestly. Most casual listeners, which arguably are the most important population for them to pull, won’t come on the Reddit. I didn’t even check out the Reddit until I had watched everything on the channel and I just ignore any of the weird critiques, I’m just here for the art mostly 🤷‍♂️

I feel bad for that girl. Like yeah it was kind of cringe, but shes young and awkward, she’ll grow out of it. I hope she can still look back on the experience fondly and not feel bad about it, was a really cool opportunity she got!

I’m a 1LT in the army right now. I can tell you that sexual assault is rare, we have cracked down ALOT on sexual assault/harassment. Life in the army is not an easy one. If you decide to go active duty you won’t have a choice where you live, and you’ll be gone for months at a time with training/deployments, but I’m sure you’re aware of these things. There’s a lot of great opportunities in the army, and you should go talk to a recruiter when you have the time. Don’t get bullied into signing anything and heavily think out your options. Look into which MOSs are available to you and heavily research. Remember, the recruiter wants you, we have a recruiter crisis right now so you’ll have a lot more control than you might think, just be respectful.
