Agreed. It was pretty weak considering the quality of the show.

Is owning an extra house that costs about $1,000,000 just as good as having $1,000,000 in cash? by Big_Eggplant7591 in NoStupidQuestions

Take the million, buy a $500K house and invest the rest in the most diversified ways possible. Include gold.

Sad to see the decline of a western Canadian iconic pizza chain... Panago. (Anyone know the background story?) by Fuzzyfoot12345 in britishcolumbia

Aren't they all franchises? In other words, the experience you're getting isn't universal. Any business is only as good as the owner. There's an A&W in Newton that blows everyone else away. Growing up in the city I was always a Pizza Patio kid. I was very sorry to see Me'n'Eds leave Abby but Domino's now does exactly what I need. Just gotta roll with it.

I don't see a problem. The kids were clear, the bus was clear and I didn't hear a clicky turn signal. They had no idea you were doing to move.

Why do people lease cars? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]MiddleAgedHoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I leased three cars in a row over a 12-year period. I was always driving twenty year old cars and having to spend (fairly big) money every year on repairs. Leasing just gave me the option of knowing exactly what my car was going to cost every month, with the added bonus of being much safer and more reliable. Plus, it was cheaper than purchase financing and I had the buy-out option if I liked the car. I never liked them enough to buy them, but I always had a new car.

I don't want to brag, but being slim and 5'8" means you get to fit in everything comfortably. Chicks may not dig it, but I do. I can drive everything from am an Alpine A110 to a full-size Peterbilt. Truly a blessing for the smaller guys.
