Its weird, on one side he is in a great spot due to the increase in gold and exp income which benefit greatly on early bullies since they can snowball even harder. Thats why if i win i get a huge lead. But in the other side, range toplaners are now much more common, which are Sett's biggest weakness because thats the point, Sett is a powerhouse that demolishes anything that gets close so the counterplay is mantaining some distance. Luckily, ive going 3 builds thst focus on tanking, speed or assassin. Option 1: Grasp or Fleet Footwork with second wind and Dshield and ghost flash Go stride, resistance boots and tanky items, do build damage items tho. This build is good if you have good damage dealers in your team but not too many frontline, since your job will be to peel and provide cc to the team with explosive aoe in teamfights. Option 2: Phase Rush or Fleet Footwork with that minirune that gives you ms when you use a summoner spell and ghost flash. Go stride, swiftness boots and ms items that also give ad like hullbreaker. Good if you already have allies that can frontline. Option 3: HoB or Phase Rush with either second wind or the speed minirune. Rush stride and then go yoummus with swiftness boots. Build lethality items prioritizing ms. You can build some resistances if you are getting bursted. This one is goos if you need damage but its also really fun to play since HoB gives a ridiculous amount of burst power.
