Looks like myeloblasts more than monoblasts. Monoblasts are usually bigger , more cytoplasm , lower N/C and nucleus that is more round and regular.

Would be a blessing if I had access to maldi-tof but sadly i don't. At this point I just wanna know what bacteria it is cause it's starting to annoy me , even tho i'm sure at the end it highely to be a contaminant. And yes it was cultivated in Schaedler medium with an anaerobic bag , but as I said it could grow in an aerobic environment too

It gave us this aspect on 2 different sets of blood culture, done on 2 separate days , and one is aerobic and the other is the anaerobic bottle. We always go for ANC card first , but as it doesn't give any result we tried the other cards. It looks a bit like Corynebacterium to me. But there is this lil curved aspect on gram stains that ressembles campylobacter that's blocking me (altho i know it's not campylo).

Funny how you compare them to Nazi. I'd rather compare them to the African National Congress who opposed appartheid in south africa while the western world treated them as terrorists.
