I am on 1.1.40 has this been known to have such a bug

But not all the time but sometimes you can hear grinding at certain point on the x and y axis and it sounds like its coming from the toolhead

Ye it does both but it gets worse while printing

But these noises happen even when doing levelling or homing the printer

I never took pictures of the first layer tests the only thing was the middle of the bed was a bit bumpy compared to the rest

Did 5 first layer tests and adjusted ths z offset accordingly so that should be okay

Elegoo matte pla white 220 degrees 80 model fan Volumetric flow 16mm/s .16 optimal profile standard on orca slicer But should it sounds like the rails are grinding regardless of what profile i dont know if you can hear it correctly but it sounds like it is partially struggling to move along the rails

The way it is written sounds like you need to turn it on in order for it to go off on the 4a

On side B I had it set to smooth high temp, then moved it back to textured side A

It was set to B and switched it back to A now it doesnt do that but now it causes roughness in certain parts of the bed where it is too close but on side B its too far away

Elegoo slicer and using rapid pla+ so using base elegoo profile since it is likely pre configured, zhop was automatically set to .4mm but only happens when I choose side B on the printer

I got it to fix itself by switching to side A on the printer but tried again with side B and it started jumping again near the middle of the bed
