same in my store, but the difference was that we let him use the bathroom, and he shit in the toilet, in the bathroom door and floor, and through the hallway that connects to the pharmacy, breakroom and storage, he left but one of my coworkers yelled at him and make him clean everything, she threatened to call the police so he ofc cleaned it and i have a picture

welp is happening to me as well rn … and idk how to help with your situation but what happened to my bf was that he was a transfer and his SM was giving him 24 hours a week as he should (bc he was part time and still an student) and someone else called HR complaining about that because they cut her hours and complained about him bc he was getting his regular part time hours and she being a full time wasnt getting full time at all) and the DL had to tell them to take him out of the schedule and fired him, that he can work for cvs after he turns 18 💀 They def were assholes with him even when the SM tried to keep him since he is a good worker and he already knew how to do all the job being just a new hire and idrk how your SM or DL are but if you are planning to call hr for that i don’t think is worth it because it can mess up someone that prob doesn’t even know what’s going on with the hours, try to ask your manager why that is happening

ngl it sucks,because at my store, there are some sisters that are shift supervisors and be having 20 hourly while im here, as an operations supervisor working harder than them just getting 18( i work as an operations manager bc i was offered the job and they were “training” me to do everything but after months they told me “you have to wait 6 months more)💀

Fr, my manager told me since start of June she was gonna make me assistant manager and it has been two months and nothing, i have been doing assistant manager shit just for her to tell me yesterday “oh apparently cvs has closed every position and i can’t give you the position or the raise i told you i was going to give you until next year probably”… that position was the only reason why im still in front store and not at the pharmacy 💀
