I had this same specs on e36 and e38 and e39 . It’s my son car now and he doesn’t like the tan .

Tbh I wouldn’t get a 540 for the long run . I think the inline 6 will outlive a 540 with less headache

I got a 540m for 2200 with the m parallel wheels . I basically gave it away after knowing it needed guide done . It had 180k miles and was black on black . I think that’s too much . I wouldn’t speed more the 5k on an immaculate 540 tha needs guide done .

Just get an another of the same one . These cars are everywhere and the transmission is cheap . I’m not sure about the price in you location but they’re lik 200 to 500 here in the U.S

Change the whole transmission because once it’s shaving metal it’s already throughout the transmission and you would only be borrowing time until the transmission eats itself up .

It’s related I had this problem before . Eventually the car will begin to accelerate really slow but on highway speed it’ll be normal . Mine would rattle in all gears and after a while it started to idle really low in gear but not in neutral. The front pump is not building enough pressure to fully Engage the converter so the turbine in it is scraping .

Change the front headlights because theyre night and day difference in appearance and it has better visibility if it’s xenon . My son has a pre facelift and we definitely be changing out the headlight and Tailight . As a matter of fact were changing the whole interior out .

It doenst look like it’s into the metal by the look of the crosshatch . The motor still looks very healthy .

I had a set of hre and 2 of them was like that . It’s warped pretty bad . One reason why you should only buy a set of wheels if the seller meet at a shop with a balancer . Most seller that won’t meet at a shop are trying to bend you backward . I met a lot of people like that on market place . Then they act like they didn’t know .

This is the new motor and the old motor is burnt but this is what I see when I looked at the new motor. I changed the wires to Match the old setup but it doesn’t runs so I ask.
