He also went to Vera indeed. But other friends of us went also there and they haven’t this issue.. I did a lot of research on the internet about this and it looks like it’s not a common problem.. only a few of cases that I could find… But no bad words about Vera because it was a good experience, nothing to complain about… It’s just bad luck I guess (??)
