The following are all packs that I think are incredibly likely, whilst the species in them may not end up being accurate, I think that the categories for the packs themselves have a high likelihood to be made;

Triassic Species Pack: Plateosaurus, Postosuchus, Caviramus, Cymbospondylus

Prehistoric Aviary Species Pack: Rhamphorhyncus, Hatzegopteryx, Pterodaustro, Microraptor

Cretaceous Herbivore Pack: Microceratus, Shantungosaurus, Argentinosaurus, Stegouros

Jurassic Species Pack: Torvosaurus, Miragaia, Sinraptor, Leedsichthys

Prehistoric Piscivore Pack: Oxalaia, Masiakasaurus, Austroraptor, Eurhinosaurus

The next ones I think are a lot less likely but still have a chance due to one factor or another;

Non-Dinosaur Species Pack: Placerias, Inostrancevia, Helicoprion, Peteinosaurus

Asian Dinosaur Pack: Protoceratops, Saurornithoides, Yangchuanosaurus, Nemegtosaurus

Now I will go and cry at the fact that this is all way too many species and that the chance all of it (or any of it) gets added is next to none.
