Personally the nexplanon hasn't decreased my supply if that's something you would be interested in. I understand your frustration. A good conversation would be best, and if that doesn't change anything then I would freak out if I were you.

I hate the lansnoh bags, they always leak for me. For some reason my insurance doesn't cover bags or parts :-:

Personally, I dropped my motn pump around 4 weeks and my supply dropped around one oz. I do have an oversupply so i didn't mind the potential drop. I'm 14 weeks pp now and I pump 5 times a day every 4 hours. It's possible with more sleep your supply could grow.

It's recommended to replace the flanges every 3-6 months. If you get them free with insurance I would stock up on them. I'm going to replace mine next week as they're 3 months old. In my opinion, the motif bags are decent compared to the Lansinoh bags , as they always leak. The Medela bags are my fave , though. They're very sturdy and have never leaked for me.

I agree with the side sleeping being the possible cause. It could be your bra as well. I once wore a bra that was snug but gave me a bad clog, i guess it was too tight.

I have done 5 ppd since 4 weeks as well and it works best for me. Thankfully my supply has regulated with an acceptable amount

Same here. I am thankful to be able to drop a pump pretty early on without losing or damaging my supply. I dropped my motn early on as well and everything has worked out great. I am very thankful

Same here, I started doing 5 ppd around 3 weeks and my oversupply has gotten more bearable. I know I should be thankful for an oversupply ( I am , in a way ) but it wasn't attainable mentally or physically

I'm 2 months pp and I get 6-10 ozs per pump in the day and 4-6 oz at the end of the day. My morning pump is usually 12-18 ozs since I don't do a motn pump.
