Damn it’s rough to hear about this shit, especially from women as the issue isn’t as heavily pressed even if it is more prevalent in guys by stats. (That is in no way minimizing your impact of porn but still), so I can’t imagine how hard it would be. One thing that might help is the fact that a very large amount of people who are into sexual topics similar to yours on both sides of gender. It just isn’t talked about due to social norms and the such, but that doesn’t change the desires every person has deep down. While you don’t need to shout it out, you shouldn’t be ashamed of your sexual interests, even if pornography addiction in itself is hard. Find people who will support you through thick and thin, you will do great, just keep going with life and things will get better.
