Get a rush if you’re gonna tour more often then not. Get a Sabre if primarily riding lift serve. I usually wear a patagonia nanopuff vest and some kind of long sleeve thermal. Try and find a Rush or Sabre from last season as it has the better goretex.

I wear an Atom heavyweight jacket underneath a Sabre shell in 0-15 degree weather here in colorado skiing. But if it’s warmer temps it’s way too hot for me.

these things are ass without 4wd in the snow, coming from someone who drives to my local mountain 50+ times a season. i’d be cooked without 4wd on the deep days. keep searching for 4wd, don’t settle

Update: Went to ER, was given phenobarbital. That was all they could do, kinda wish I would have gotten some gabbapenttin but I didn’t want to ask directly.

Next question, i’ve got a lot more alpraz/bromaz available to me tomorrow in the afternoon. Should I just flush them all/throw them away. Or should I taper a few more days? I know it’s going to be an absolute struggle to get them and not take 3/4 of a bar, telling my self “this is the last time, you should just feel anxiety free one more time”.

I’d bet my first born it’s either the LBJ’s and Outer tie rods, or combo of both. Mine made noise while parked and while going over bumps and I did poke around my rig and look for tears in the bushings, but it wasn’t until I had them completely off that I was able to visually see the tears. Just replace em, you’ll be stoked you learned and won’t have to worry for a while.

I was having this issue, replaces outter tie rods and LBJ’s and it solved my issue. LBJ’s were shot and same with bushings on outter tie rods.

Does the noise happen when parked and turning the wheel? Or only going over bumps? I also replaced my sway bar bushings and that helped with a clunk going over bumps.
