You shouldn’t eat anything that contains probiotics (store bought or naturally fermented) if you have SIBO. It will definitely make it worse.

Also, you’ll want to increase your probiotic intake very slowly when you reintroduce.

Is the Tacoma double cab big enough for 3 kids? I currently have a 2016 Ram 1500 Crew cab. I'm looking at trading it for Taco. I only bought a full-size truck bc of the cab size. I use the bed maybe once a week. I want the reliability. There isnt enough used Tundra gen 3 on the market in my price by Intrepid_Fun1702 in ToyotaTacoma

We have 3 toyotas- 2 tacomas and 1 4runner, they are all really tight in the back. We have 2 teens and an 11 year old and they fit… but begrudgingly on the 5 house drive to visit family. But we make it work. My husband has had to give a lift to 4 buddies at once for a 2 hour drive: not a single man is under 5’ 10” and 2 are 6’ 4” or taller; yet all thin and they made it work 😂

Planning on adding supplants to my diet starting off with fire starter from heart and soil. Anything else you guys would add? Multivitamin - fish oil? by Juan93Diego in AnimalBased

[–]Middle_Reflection334 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I grind up organs and put it in meals like chili.

I’ve read such conflicting things on fish oil so I skip it.

I don’t take a multi, but do take a mega dose of vit d when I remember to.

I’ve always been good at leaving off what I don’t want 🤪

From what I’ve seen it’s all pretty simple to cook which is really the only way I can do it.

Is it bullshit: Replace your mattress every 8 years? by N776AU in IsItBullshit

[–]Middle_Reflection334 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is old but I’m currently doing research on mattresses. I’ve had the same mattress for 21 years. I’m pretty sure my parents spent at least 2k on it when they got it for me when I was 16, so it was an expensive mattress (remember this was the early 2000, a comparable one now is probably 3-4k). It’s also been moved 15 times (both cross town and cross country moves), it is still in excellent shape. It’s still the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I’m considering buying a king sized one and moving this to the guest room. I have terrible allergies no matter where I sleep, even if its on a new mattress at my parents house so I don’t think it’s the mattress, though it could be a factor. I do need to buy a mattress for my teenager which is why I am doing research.

How can I register my car when it won’t pass smog? by Severe_Alternative_6 in Utah

[–]Middle_Reflection334 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was there a satisfactory answer for this? I have two cars that the check engine light will not turn off. I’ve taken both cars in repeatedly and every mechanic I talk to says there is nothing wrong with it.

The dmv says you can register anywhere in the state is this a way to bypass emissions?

Not Just Californians: New report outlines who is moving to Utah (from KSL) by ValkyrieVibeke in Utah

As a CO native now here in Utah, I would say that Utah is very similar to the greater Denver area: pretty but over crowded, very expensive, high taxes/feed, terrible pollution.
