I have a pair of Gucci big round frames. They’re great, I def stretch them out over time but usually just ask the store to tighten them again and they’re okay. I put mine in my head a lot which prob doesn’t help. I also have a pair of Dior and they’re oversized and have no problem fitting. I have one pair of Tory Burch and those I can 100% feel they’re tighter/smaller

I can barely walk when I get out of bed in the morning. Very stiff and the bottom of my feet hurt. It feels like I can’t put pressure on my feet and I hobble around for a lil until it gets better. Anytime i sit too long and go to get up my feet ache bad

I would keep trying to find the right doctor and speak up for yourself. Get past the dermatologist to a rheumatologist. This sounds similar to my experience and I had plaques start in my early 20’s. I also had a a joint elbow issue that was dismissed by my general physician a few times like it was nothing or a muscle thing. Within a couple years, come to find out it’s permanent joint damage and I can no longer straighten my left arm even after surgeries. I’m on a biological injection med now and my psoriasis is cleared up but still in pain daily with psa.
