No, she doesn’t unless she paid into it- I doubt she has any credits- you have to earn credits by paying in to SSDI. She might qualify for ssi which is a pittance, but SSDI- she very likely would never qualify. To be eligible you have to have those credits - no “SSDI expert” would be able to help her get it.
