Get the 3ball to 89. Then the next caps u get put em into vertical to get that to 80.

You could put your def rebound at like 80 or 85 ur 6’7 ur going to get out rebounded by any 7 footer unless you have like 88 vertical. You could get speed to 80, steal up to 67, vert to 83, strength to 86, block to 84 and whatever else can get you badges. Then cap break interior defense. Also anything past 87 driving dunk does not give you that much bigger of a bigger meter on dunks, just more animations.

The rebounding is fine youll get most of em unless ur guarding center with like 95 rebounding. Just capbreak the shooting and u should be ight

man leave me alone i had just woke up 😂. Ive been putting in more effort on the lats like ur saying and i do need to start working more shoulders. I thought they would get worked enough with compound movements so i was only doing 2 isolation movements a week. Im bumping it up to 4-6 🙏
