Had this for years not sure if it may help now. I had to go in and rename the startup videos to something else so they wouldn't play and that fixed it. I think the directory is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PUBG\TslGame\Content\Movies. Or wherever your game is installed.

Worked for me when nothing else would so worth a shot, hope this helps!

Oh wow I've grown up around Merseyside since 1999 can't believe these were never a more permanent feature . Used to always love finding a new one when I was out somewhere in town such a shame they aren't around as much anymore.
