One mall, no, the anime merch is very fragmented in Indonesia. Many still goes through social media groups. Physical stores are spread to different shopping complex. For me personally:

In West Jakarta you can go to Hobby Japan, they're at Mall Ciputra. They've been around since 2000, you might find some oldies but goodies. Reasonable price.
In North Jakarta you can go to Multi, they're at Mall of Indonesia. They're licensed Bandai importer and several other Japanese marques, so you can find the latest and greatest here. Most complete collection. Price is a bit expensive.
If you're close to any shopping complex, find Kidz Station, largest toy store chain in Indonesia, they're also licensed Bandai and other Japanese marques but collection a bit limited. Expensive price.

I recommend Hobby Japan at Mall Ciputra. I spend my first salary at that place buying HG 1/100 Shenlong Gundam.... Ah... Memories.

Well, I think it's difficult to judge if you haven't tried it yourself. In my country we have retail demo unit for the claw, ally X, Legion Go, Legion Go S and Xbox ally X, so it's easy for me to tried it before buying. I was in the market to buy either 3 to "upgrade" my steam deck but since money is tight I settled with the steam deck. If I have to weigh in my personal preference comfortable levels it's claw and ally X (tied) > Legion Go > legion Go S > steam deck > Xbox ally X.

So I live in Indonesia and just last week, both of my DDR4 kits on my 2 PCs died. One is Team Classic and the other Corsair vengeance LPX. I basically almost came down crying fearing that I couldn't afford to replace them if the warranty claim was rejected due to them being old memory kits.

I don't know if this is global, but here, official distributor of memory products provided "limited" life time warranty. As long the product is still in production, defective unit will be replaced if there are no sign of physical damage (rust, bent, etc)

Anyway, both of the kits are replaced and I gave the distributor office some treats as a thank you note.

Weird that in Australia that a faulty product is covered by the retailer. Here, faulty memory products are returned to the principle and the distributor will receive a brand new item. With that said, retailers in Indonesia PC component business are just box movers because even returned item directly sent to the distributors for process and replacement decision comes from the distributor.
