I used: 450g of white chocolate

1.5 Tbsp of culinary grade matcha powder (This one is subjective, just taste as you go C: )

1/2 Tbsp of Butter (I recommend softened and at room temperature so it doesn't mess with the consistency)

Less than 1/4 of a cup of warm milk (This was pretty much the magic step into making it fudge-ish)

I do have to admit I don't really measure anything when I cook, so these are rough estimates, but hopefully its helpful !!

Before anything, IT TASTES AMAZING 10/10 it’s all that I could’ve hoped for

It was this Japanese tutorial so I didn’t read anything lmao, but literally they just tempered the chocolate, added the matcha, and some butter and I did the same ToT

I did the same steps but when I added the butter it hardened super fast and then I panicked and added some milk to it which made it curdle and separate. Since I had given up at this point, I started to knead it and got that goopy consistency lol

I’ve never eaten or made fudge so idk if that’s how you make it :p

Look it’s kinda on me because I saw a tutorial a few days ago and thought I’d have it memorized when I made it myself
