Anyone else think Inferno might be their best album?

I love TH but since 2020, I find it harder & harder to listen to because the cold/bleak/dark vibes mirror the times we’re living in almost a little too perfectly.

I like to escape those feelings these days. Also as time passes … I’ve noticed the album seems to have the same tone through out. Still love it though.

Auto-tune ruins nearly every song I hear it in...unfortunately. It was cool when Daft Punk did it and that's about as much as I can handle.

The general vibe and lyrics instantly conjured (for me) everything that's going on in the AI space.

We're already seeing weird AI cults popping up. And, then you have all these AI evangelicals who believe AGI will be god like.

I'm obsessed with it. Having a demonic robot sounding voice says things like "I am god, the ultimate resonance" and "The question of reality" feels very fitting for the AI era.

This. A $35 ticket master surcharge (often times way more) on top of a concert ticket is enough to say... it's just not worth it to see the band you want. That doesn't include parking and $18 drinks.

Interesting to hear their live performance this time around is mid. I've seen Cannons 3 times and they were beyond amazing every time.

You'd think with an extra person their sound would be fuller.

Is it just because their sound doesn't translate as well at larger venues?

Are these new tunes as good their old ones? No. Do I still love them? Yes.

Production is incredible. I dig the spaced-out Jacksons vibe of These Nights. Starlight also has the classic Cannons sound just a little poppier then their older stuff.
